The company’s founders are world-respected in the industries of fine furniture making, design, and art direction. Yann Jallu member of France’s prestigious Compagnon du Devoir has dedicated his career to expanding the craft of furniture making as far as the imagination and new technologies allow. Sandra Scolnik-Jallu draws inspiration from her career as a respected studio artist in New York City to cement her reputation as the company’s primary designer and aesthetic director.

Together, Yann and Sandra have more than twenty-five years of successful and ambitious collaborations with esteemed architects and designers. Located near St Malo and Mont Saint Michel in Brittany, France, Jallu Ébénistes’ atelier continues the French tradition of exquisite precision. The atelier employs more than twenty salaried staff, entrusting the next generation with the secrets of French excellence. Galerie Jallu, recently opened on rue Bonaparte in Paris, showcases Jallu Ébénistes’ furniture design, one-of-a-kind pieces, and limited editions
